Yesterday, we celebrated Father's Day, a time to honor the fathers and father figures who have shaped our lives. As we reflect on this special day, it's important to recognize that fatherhood—and parenthood more broadly—is the ultimate embodiment of genuine leadership. Parenthood teaches us essential lessons about leadership that we can apply not only in our personal lives but also in our professional journeys.
